SHIPPING POLICY
In Store Pick up is FREE - But please bring your own bag! If you want us to pack it in a bag, it will be a $.25 charge.
Standard Shipping within B.C. Flat Rate $15
Within Canada outside of B.C. Flat Rate $20
We do not currently ship outside Canada.
** Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has shipped **
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. We ship all orders through Canada Post.
REFUND POLICY
We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept a return of any regular priced items within 7 days of receiving purchase for a store credit or store exchange.
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving package.
How to return/exchange an online purchase:
If you would like to exchange or get issued a store credit from an online purchase you must let us know within the 7 days of receiving the package via email at soaklifestyleboutique@gmail.com. We will then send you return instructions. Remember in order to return an item it must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged and must have all original tags and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your store credit or store exchange. Once approved, your store credit or store exchange will be processed. Clothing and footwear must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odours.
** Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include earrings and undergarments and skincare products. **
All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
Store Credit
Gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).
Gift card funds are immediately available once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end. Exchanges may be subject to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer.
